Shipping

Shipping charges are determined by the U.S. Postal Service and your shipping address. Our interface automatically calculates USPS costs for Express Mail, Priority Mail, and Parcel Post.

You choose whichever of these three shipping rates you wish. Whichever shipment rate you choose is then automatically added to your order subtotal. Upon checkout your total order amount will include shipping and handling charges.

Your order will be shipped by us or our distributor within 72 hours. Delivery time will depend upon which shipment rate you have selected.

Returns

If you receive your ordered item and it has been damaged during shipment, you may return it for replacement. First notify us of your damaged shipment at 513-241-5154. Then you will be given a Return Code. You will be instructed to mail the damaged item back in its original mailer, and then a new replacement item will be mailed to you promptly.
